  1. Delivery Options: OyeCakes offers two delivery options - Fixed Time Deliveries (charges apply) and Free Deliveries. The delivery time is subject to the location provided by the user.
  2. Product Availability: OyeCakes.com will indicate whether the products, such as cakes, gifts, or flowers, are available for immediate delivery or if there are any lead times for certain items.
  3. Force Majeure Events: Delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances beyond OyeCakes' control, such as weather conditions, political disruptions, strikes, war, lockdowns, etc. In such cases, OyeCakes will proactively reach out to the customer.
  4. Delivery Timeframes: The estimated delivery timeframes will be mentioned, which may vary depending on the delivery location, product availability, and the type of delivery option selected. The cutoff time for same-day standard time delivery is 6:00 pm, same-day fixed time delivery is 6:30 pm, and same-day midnight delivery is 7:00 pm, all in the Indian Standard Time (IST) zone.   6. Midnight Deliveries: Midnight delivery is scheduled between 11:00 PM and 11:59 PM on the chosen delivery date. Choosing the delivery date, a day before the occasion is recommended.
  7. Fix Time Deliveries: While OyeCakes tries its best to deliver orders within the fixed time slot selected, there could be a variation of +30 or -30 minutes.
  8. Delivery of Courier Products: If the order is delivered through a courier agency or third party, OyeCakes does not make any representation or warranty regarding the delivery. The delivery will be subject to the terms and conditions of the courier companies.
  9. Hospitals, Hotels, Wedding Halls, Hostels, and Remote Locations: Specific delivery instructions are provided for each of these locations to ensure successful delivery. Please provide accurate information while placing the order.
  10. Deemed Delivery: Delivery will be attempted only once. If delivery fails due to the reasons mentioned (wrong address, recipient not available, premises locked, recipient refusing delivery), the order will be considered executed, and no re-delivery, refund, or modification requests will be entertained.
